British BIDs is leading the way on the development, management, renewal and evolution of Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) in Britain. BIDs are business-led partnerships focused on improving and enhancing commercial areas including town and city centres, commercial locations and industrial estates.

BIDs are about working in partnership and we believe that we can achieve more through collaboration than working alone. As the needs of the industry evolve and the opportunities for innovation increase, the value of shared delivery seems self evident.

Our Strategic Partner is Jones Lang LaSalle, whilst our Commercial Partners comprise Facewatch, Boots UK, XpertHR and Santander Corporate & Commercial. JLL, a leading global real estate services firm adds knowledge, expertise and support to our offer whilst Facewatch, a web-based crime and incident recording and reporting system will, in collaboration with British BIDs, advance a national approach to tackling business crime. Boots UK is a significant retail player on the High Street and adds a real breadth of knowledge and expertise to our offer. XpertHR, the online resource for employment law, offers a significant wealth of HR knowledge, and our partnership with Santander will provide an opportunity to identify innovative and discounted banking products for our membership whilst also enabling greater access to support and advice on business management and growth.

Our Communications Partner is The Green Brain, providing important communications, business engagement and public affairs support to the industry. Our Academic Partners are the University of Westminster and the University of Ulster.  Adding academic rigour and professionalism to our offer is critical to ensure our messages are well articulated and heard.
